Welcome to Skydive Dewadaru, the Karimunjawa drop zone. Bandara Dewadaru on Pulau Kemujan hosted the first KISA Boogie Woogie Jump on 7–11 May 2025: around 50 licensed skydivers, tandem places for the public, and jumps described as up to 12,000 ft over the Karimunjawa National Park.

Reserve My SpotKarimunjawa is a marine national park: park status since 1999, a marine reserve since 2001, about 110,117 hectares of reef, sandbar and small islands off the coast of Jepara. From the Dewadaru airstrip on Pulau Kemujan the canopy ride looks down on turquoise shallows, mangrove edges and the open Java Sea, with no city on the horizon.
This is a drop zone tied to an event, not a daily operation. The 2025 edition drew around 50 licensed skydivers from Indonesia and abroad and opened tandem places to first-time guests. The format follows the 2025 edition. You arrive at Bandara Dewadaru on Pulau Kemujan, receive a ground briefing from the organiser's instructors, practise the body position and are fitted into a tandem harness. The climb runs over the archipelago, with jumps described as up to 12,000 ft.
Freefall is followed by a canopy descent back to the airstrip, with the Karimunjawa reefs, sandbars and Kemujan mangroves spread out below and the Java Sea on every side. The 2025 price included a cameraman on the jump. Exact timings, jump altitude and the camera package for the next edition are confirmed by the desk at launch, never assumed here.
Skydive Dewadaru suits guests who value a rare setting over a routine jump. Places are limited to an event edition, so the waiting list is the only queue.
